Medication Refills

If you are unable to get your PCP, that’s okay. We can fill some prescription medications. Our qualified practitioner will review your medical history and refill your medication(s) if necessary. Please note that we will not be filling prescriptions for controlled substances or narcotics.

Cannabis Certified

Our providers will evaluate alternative treatments for qualifying conditions. Your medical history and records will also be evaluated. If your condition meets the criteria of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC), then you will be provided with a certificate that proves you are qualified for medical cannabis.

Sexual Health and Sexually Transmitted Infection Consultations

We can test, diagnose, and treat an assortment of sexually transmitted infections. We can also provide more information regarding this subject as well as offer counseling. Teens and adults can learn more about contraceptive management and even attend birth control counseling.

Urgent Care

Urgent Care Medicine is the provision of immediate medical service offering outpatient care for the treatment of acute and chronic illness and injury.


Cost effective, high quality urgent care service for patient’s six years old and above. We will evaluate, and formulate individualize treatment plan each individual. Referral and or follow up if or when needed. Urgent care offers an alternative to waiting for hours in hospital Emergency Room Life-threatening emergencies, such as a heart attack or serious head injury, require a visit to the emergency department, also called the emergency room (ER). An illness or injury that does not appear to be life threatening but can't wait until the next day should be treated at an urgent care center. That includes treating cold and flu cases, earaches, sprained ankles and minor cuts that require stitches.


Call 911 or go to an emergency room immediately for any emergency or when someone experiences any of the following:

  • Wheezing, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
  • Chest pain.
  • Displaced or open wound fractures.
  • Fainting or dizziness.
  • Sudden numbness or weakness.
  • Bleeding that cannot be stopped.

(DOT) Medical Examiner Certification

A required for certain drivers. DOT Certified Medical Examiners are those who have gone through the training and certification needed to be recognized by the Department of Transportation as a medical professional who can carry out the exams on these drivers.


DOT certification is a seal of quality that shows a driver has the skills and competence to drive commercial vehicles on America's roads and highways. Most states require DOT certification to drive commercial vehicles — a category that includes semi-trucks, delivery vehicles and public transportation.

NRCME Certification

The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) is a Federal program that establishes requirements for healthcare professionals that perform physical qualification examinations and issue medical certificates for truck, bus drivers, and all commercial vehicles.

3. Download your patient form through the patient portal and
fill them out.


As a new patient, you can also head over to our office to complete the forms if you are unable to download them. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. 

We will do our best to still meet with patients who are unable to arrive on time. However, there may be times when their appointment will need to be rescheduled.
